The origin of the company
In 2019, we had an idea to further develop the benefits of chicken manure. We studied the process of fermenting chicken manure using modern technology, resulting in the production of compressed chicken manure pellets under the brand name “Tori”. Additionally, we have our own animal feed manufacturing factory, allowing us to control the production process from the beginning. This ensures that the raw materials used are carefully selected, such as corn, soybean meal, rice bran, ground pork, and limestone. To produce high-quality animal feed, we maintain quality control and inspection at every step of the production process. Furthermore, we have chosen high-standard machinery imported from Europe, providing assurance that our animal feed is nutritionally complete. These factors contribute to the quality of our chicken manure fertilizer, giving us confidence that our organic fertilizer brand, Tori, comes from a reliable and high-quality source.
The working principle of the Chobu EcoTech
(CHUBU ECOTECH TECHNOLOGY)
The principle of the Chobu EcoTech machine is to introduce air into the fermentation tank. This allows for the control of humidity, temperature, and oxygen supply to the fertilizer. The optimal temperature for fermentation is around 70 degrees Celsius, which promotes a complete fermentation process and prevents the growth of weeds and fungi. This results in a fertilizer that is different from regular chicken manure, as plants can immediately utilize the nutrients in the fertilizer.
